Welcome to Ashes 2 Wings. These Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ashes 2 Wings website, content, services, coaching programs, resources, and any purchases or registrations made through this website.
By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, registering for a service or event, or purchasing a product or service from Ashes 2 Wings, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
1. About Ashes 2 Wings
Ashes 2 Wings provides personal performance coaching, barrel racing and horsemanship-related coaching, educational resources, clinics, programs, and other services designed to support riders in developing their skills, confidence, communication, and performance.
Specific services, pricing, availability, requirements, and terms may vary and will be described at the time of booking or registration.
2. Eligibility and Participation
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting forms, making purchases, registering for programs, or booking services.
Some coaching services, clinics, events, or equine activities may have additional eligibility requirements, including age restrictions, riding experience requirements, parental or guardian consent, safety requirements, or completion of separate waivers and agreements.
Ashes 2 Wings reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when participation would create an unreasonable safety concern or when a participant fails to follow applicable safety instructions or program requirements.
3. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer
Coaching and educational services provided by Ashes 2 Wings are intended to offer instruction, guidance, strategies, feedback, and support.
Results vary based on many factors, including the rider, horse, level of experience, consistency, environment, training history, physical condition, and circumstances beyond the control of Ashes 2 Wings.
No specific competitive, performance, financial, personal, or other outcome is guaranteed.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, training practices, competition choices, and the care and management of their horses.
4. Equine and Farm Animal Activities
Horseback riding, barrel racing, horse training, handling horses, competition, clinics, and other equine activities involve inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
The unpredictable behavior or reactions of horses and other animals
Falls, kicks, bites, collisions, or being stepped on
Equipment or tack failure
Uneven or changing ground and arena conditions
Weather conditions
The actions of other riders, horses, spectators, or participants
The rider's or horse's physical condition, experience, or limitations
Injuries associated with riding, handling, training, or competing with horses
Participation in equine activities may require execution of a separate liability waiver, assumption-of-risk agreement, coaching agreement, or other documentation before participation.
Failure to complete required documentation may result in cancellation or refusal of participation.
5. Safety and Participant Responsibility
Participants are expected to exercise reasonable judgment and follow safety instructions provided by Ashes 2 Wings, facility owners, event organizers, or other professionals involved in an activity.
Each participant is responsible for determining whether they and their horse are physically and mentally capable of participating in a particular activity.
Ashes 2 Wings may recommend that a participant consult an appropriate veterinarian, physician, mental health professional, trainer, farrier, or other qualified professional when an issue falls outside the scope of coaching services.
Ashes 2 Wings does not provide veterinary, medical, psychological, legal, or other licensed professional services unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in coaching, clinics, programs, or equine activities.
A parent or legal guardian may be required to complete registration forms, agreements, and liability waivers on behalf of a minor.
7. Booking, Registration, and Payment
Prices and payment terms will be displayed or communicated at the time a service, clinic, program, event, or product is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is due according to the terms presented during checkout or registration.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Ashes 2 Wings reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel transactions affected by obvious errors, or modify pricing for future services or offerings.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies may vary depending on the type of service, clinic, event, program, or product purchased.
Any specific cancellation or refund policy displayed during registration, booking, checkout, or within a separate service agreement will control for that purchase.
When no separate policy is provided, fees already paid may be nonrefundable once substantial preparation, scheduling, digital delivery, or services have begun.
Ashes 2 Wings reserves the right to reschedule or cancel coaching sessions, clinics, or events due to weather, horse or rider safety, facility conditions, illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
When Ashes 2 Wings cancels a paid service and does not provide a reasonable rescheduling option, any applicable refund or credit will be communicated to the affected participant.
9. Digital Products and Educational Materials
Digital resources, downloads, videos, worksheets, training materials, courses, and other educational content purchased or provided by Ashes 2 Wings are for the purchaser's personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Because digital content may be immediately accessible or downloadable, digital purchases may be nonrefundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

All content available through Ashes 2 Wings, including but not limited to:
Website text and copy
Logos and branding
Photographs and graphics
Videos
Coaching materials
Training exercises
Worksheets and handouts
Digital downloads
Courses and program materials
Educational concepts and presentations
is owned by Ashes 2 Wings or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use materials provided to you for your own personal, noncommercial use.
You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, upload, share, teach, modify, create derivative commercial materials from, or otherwise exploit Ashes 2 Wings content without prior written permission.
11. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials, reviews, success stories, photographs, competition results, or examples appearing on the website represent individual experiences.
They are not a guarantee that another participant will achieve the same or similar results.
